Please be aware that the delivery time should only be estimated in working days; weekends and national and municipal holidays are not included in this calculation. You can request a reshipment (for Express delivery services only) by sending us an inquiry if your cargo does not arrive within 30 days.
For wholesale orders shipping is free of charge.
When shipping out your order, we primarily employ FedEx, DHL, USPS, or EMS. Depending on the country, wholesale orders may take 3-5 days or 48-72 hours to process. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee these times.
Packaging
Every order we ship out comes with a tracking number and plain, unassuming packaging. Our packages are fully trackable to the delivery destination and don’t demand a signature upon arrival of the cargo.
In order to safeguard the contents of your order, we actually make sure that every one of our products is packaged inside heat-sealed silver foil bags. These are double-packed inside a jiffy envelope or box that is incredibly sturdy and long-lasting. They are taped on both sides to prevent unintentional or unwanted parcel opening during transit. We make every effort to guarantee that your item arrives undamaged and safe. If needed, we may even wrap your products in an additional layer of bubble wrap to further protect them. The outside packaging is discrete, uncomplicated, and without any branding or indication of the possible shipping location of the package. We always ensure that the appropriate postage has been paid for, and your package will come with a clear notice on the front.
